An altercation at the Citadel Mall on Aug. 9 led to a shooting that left one person with minor injuries.
Charleston police responded to the West Ashley mall around 4 p.m. A fight between several people near the food court led to a single shot being fired, according to Sgt. Chris Stinson.
One person suffered a minor injury and was taken to a unspecified local hospital.
When police arrived at the scene, those who may have been involved in the fight scattered. No arrests were immediately made, Stinson said.
